摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability; to simplify maintenance; to reduce cost; to make a layout precise; to improve an outward appearance; and to improve dwelling ability, by properly arranging pipes and wiring and the like, in a multiple dwelling house 1 of a plurality of stories constructed by incorporating an infilling 8 into a skeleton 7.
SOLUTION: A one-group common passage 3 and a blow-by part 4 are constructed between mutual adjacent dwelling units 2 of one group. The pipes 15 and the wiring and the like are intensively arranged in the blow-by part 4 and a meter box 12 adjacent to this blow-by part. A plural-group common passage 5 is arranged for communicating with the respective one-group common passages 3. A vestibule 13 of the respective dwelling units 2 is constructed on both sides of the more anti-dead end part side than the meter box 12 of the one-group common passage 3. A trunk room 14 of the respective dwelling units 2 is constructed on both sides of the more anti-dead end part side than this vestibule 13.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skeleton infill apartment house having a plurality of stories, which is constructed by incorporating infill in a skeleton, wherein the apartment house is increased in workability, simplified in maintenance, reduced in cost, optimized in layout, enhanced in appearance, and improved in amenity, by suitably arranging pipes and wires. SOLUTION: According to the apartment house, a group-shared passage 3 and an open ceiling portion 4 are constructed between adjacent dwelling units 2 belonging to one group in the apartment house, and the pipes and wires are collectively arranged in the open ceiling portion 4 and at meter boxes 12 adjacent thereto. Further, a multi-group-shared passage 5 is formed so as to communicate with each group-shared passage 3. Furthermore, entrances 13 for the respective dwelling units 2 are arranged on both sides of the group- shared passage 3, at a location on one side of each meter box 12 opposite to a dead end, and trunk rooms 14 are formed on both sides of the passage 3, at a location on one side of each entrance 13 opposite to the dead end.
