摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intradermal injector without requiring a great deal of technique for an injecting person, without being pushed back the injected substance when the needle is drawn out, and without requiring a long time for injection. SOLUTION: An injection device that comprises a chamber configured for containing a substance to be injected and a needle operatively associated with the chamber and having a length sufficient to deliver the substance to an intradermal injection site, is provided. A collar surrounds the needle 48, defining a collar cavity. The collar also has a peripheral forward skin-contacting surface that surrounds and is radially spaced from the needle and injection site by an area that is sufficiently large to allow a patient's skin 78 to move into the collar cavity to properly position the needle for intradermal delivery of the substance to the injection site to allow spread of the injected substance under the skin while inhibiting or preventing backpressure within the skin from forcing the substance out through the injection site. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet injector comprising a cartridge assembly for holding medicament and a power pack assembly for providing energy to eject the medicament from the cartridge assembly with sufficient pressure for jet injection.SOLUTION: The jet injector having cartridge and power pack assemblies is disclosed. The cartridge assembly includes a tube 18 containing the medicament with a plunger 22 at one end and a stopper 24 at the other end. The plunger 22 is made up of two parts 32, 34 wherein the plunger 22 is movable within the tube lumen to force the stopper 24, against a needle, thereby creating a fluid pathway through the stopper 24.

SOLUTION: This jet injector comprises a housing, a plunger assembly, a trigger assembly, an energy source, a fluid chamber for holding a fluid, and a nozzle. The nozzle includes an injection auxiliary probe which can be moved in a first direction, extending from the nozzle, to apply tension on an injection site so that a jet injection can be made under lower pressure, and a nozzle discharge channel passing through the injection auxiliary probe in connection with the fluid chamber, whose channel portion ends at an orifice from which the fluid is discharged when the plunger assembly is moved in the first direction. In the channel portion, when measured adjacently to the orifice, the ratio of channel length to the average diameter is greater than 6/1.
