    • PURPOSE:To improve positioning accuracy by providing means for detecting the position of a carriage provided with a stopper to be butted with the work and enabling the positioning of the work in accordance with the command of a control device. CONSTITUTION:A titled device consists of a positioning device 1 for an X-axis and a positioning device 3 for a Y-axis similar to the device 1. Said device 1 consists of a position detecting means which detects the position of a carriage 17 provided with a stopper 9 to be butted with the work and a driving control means which drives a pulse motor 15. The carriage 17 is connected to a driving device 11, and is moved by a speed reducer 13 freely in the X-axis direction cooperatively with the motor 15. The driving control means calculates the distance for moving the carriage 17 up to the target position and drives the motor 15. The accuracy in the positioning of the work is improved by the above-mentioned device.

    • PURPOSE:To easily exchange, insert and fix a die and to surely perform a center alignment, by providing a titled device provided with movable carriages in the direction X, Y, Z axes having a die mounting device capable of engaging and disengaging with an upper die holder and a detachable die engaging part. CONSTITUTION:An upper die 9 is fixed beneath the bottom surface of an upper die holder 7 attached to a lifting ram 3 installed above a lower die 5 of a bending machine 1. The upper die 9 housed in a die stock 15 is held by an X axis carriage 13 and is moved by a Z axis carriage in the arrow R direction in order to attach the die 9 to the holder 7. Next, after the upper die is moved in the lateral direction i.e. perpendicular to this paper and is positioned in an upper die inserting position of the bending machine 1, the die 9 is inserted to the holder 7 by moving the carriage 13 to the arrow P direction, and then the carriage 13 is moved to the arrow Q direction to return it to the original position. On the other hand, in dismounting the die 9 from the holder 7, the carriage 13 is moved to the P direction to hold the die 9 and is moved to the Q direction to dismount the die 9.

Next, the sheet W is rotated together with the plate 103 in a prescribed angle after releasing the clamp 35, and then the other edge of the sheet W is clamped again to subject a prescribed punching work to the same.

CONSTITUTION:When a clamp base 21 rides on a die 77 while a work clamping device 13 is being moved in the state that the work W is being held clamped, the clamp base 21 instantaneously turns upward around a spherical bearing 27. This turning causes the spring 41 around a guide bolt 39 to be compressed, by which the bolt 39 and double nut 43 are pushed up. A guide rod 31 is pushed by this action via a connecting plate 37, and the root end part of the clamp base 21 is lifted. When the extent of its ascending coincides with the extent of pushing up of the front end part, the clamp base 21 maintains the original parallel state, and when the spring 41 attains the mounting length, the clamp base completes the approximately parallel movement, thereby preventing mechanical load from being applied upon the fulcrum of the clamp base and preventing the decrease in press working accuracy by the die.

An output mirror 51 is fixed via sealing material 53 of superior thermal conduction, by a coil spring 55 and a hallow tap bolt 57. Therefore, the output mirror is kept at an adequate temperature, and the mirror retaining member 35 is combined with the centering member 33 by a socket and spigot joint and screws 43, 49.

A left end part 59 of the nozzle is shaped in a cylinder with an inclined plane of the same angle as a conical plane 61 of the external nozzle 39, and an annular injection port is formed with a gap alpha between this external nozzle 39 and the tip of the nozzle 51 of an internal nozzle 37. This gap alphais regulated to obtain stable plasma and uniform output by the injection port regulator.
