The electrode wiring 5 is arranged over a pad region in which the bonding pad 9 is arranged, and a wiring region formed toward the pad region from the heat resistor 4, covered with the friction resistance protection layer 11 in the wiring region, and also covered with the friction resistance protection layer 11 and the photosensitive insulation film 12 in the vicinity of the pad region of the wiring region. The sealing resin 13 covers part of the photosensitive insulation film 12 so as to expose the photosensitive insulation film 12 at the side of the heat resistor 4 in the vicinity of the pad region of the wiring region.
