    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load more magnetic recording disks.SOLUTION: A rotary apparatus 100 includes: a hub 10; a shaft 20 whose one end side is fixed to the hub 10; a first annularly surrounding member 80 for annularly surrounding the shaft 20; a second annularly surrounding member 82 fixed to the first annularly surrounding member 80, for annularly surrounding the shaft 20; and a base 50 to which the first annularly surrounding member 80 is fixed. A lubricant 92 is filled in a radial gap 112 between the shaft 20 and the first annularly surrounding member 80, and a radial dynamic pressure generation groove is formed on an inner peripheral surface 80h of the first annularly surrounding member 80. Both ends in the direction of a rotary axis R of the radial gap 112 are communicated through a communication hole 80d. A gas-liquid interface 92a of the lubricant 92 is positioned between the second annularly surrounding member 82 and the shaft 20. Between an inner side upper surface 80b of the first annularly surrounding member 80 and a lower surface 82a of the second annularly surrounding member 82, a pool space 102 for storing the lubricant 92 is provided. The communication hole 80d has one end in the pool space 102.
