An operator selects either of the radiation detectors 10, 12 by a series of input operations using menu display for the display screen 42 to display the detection data in the radiation detectors 10, 12. The operator can also select either of the radiation detectors 10, 12 by operations of individual selection switches provided to correspond to the respective radiation detectors 10, 12 to display the detection data. SOLUTION: Three windows are set to a measured spectrum (S104), and a counted value (counted rate) is operated to each window (S105), and each counted value is multiplied by a conversion coefficient (S106). Therefore, concentrations D1, D2, D3 relative to conversion nuclides are determined, and divided by each concentration limit A1, A2, A3 determined by laws or the like, to thereby determine each concentration limit ratio B1, B2, B3 (S107). The total sum C determined by adding them together is utilized as a waste water processing index (S108).
