SOLUTION: This bedding is provided with a mattress body 4 and speakers 61 and 62 provided on the feet side of the mattress body 4. The speakers are provided on the feet side of the user so as not to obstruct the sleeping and exhibit a sound effect with realistic sensation as if enfolded therewith. Disposition of the speakers on the feet side means the disposition of them on the side of the feet from the position of the waist when the user lies on the mattress body. More practically, when the mattress body has a general length, the mattress body is divided into two pieces in the length direction and the speakers are disposed at one of the pieces on the side of the feet. It is preferable that the speakers are disposed at the height of the ears of the lying user. This constitution can exhibit high realistic sensation by appropriately adjusting the height of the speaker.

SOLUTION: This bedding is provided with a mattress body 4, a vibration device 51 disposed inside the mattress body 4 near the soles, and a vibration assisting device 6 for bedding mounted on the mattress body 4 near the soles and provided with a body part which has a cushion body disposed, at least, covering a surface opposed to the soles of the user. This bedding adopts a shape of the body part, which has a surface opposed to the soles, so that the vibration is directly propagated to the soles by vibrating the surface. This bedding directly applies the vibration to the soles which are the parts sensitively feeling the vibration in the body to make the user feel comfortable even if being the slight vibration. There is no idea in conventional bedding to apply the vibration by directly contacting with the soles. A plurality of important acupressure points of the whole body are gathered in the soles so that high relaxation effect to the whole body can be expected by directly applying the vibration.
