The actuation lever is equipped with: an arm portion 851 which is coaxial with an oscillating shaft 82 erected on a facing surface 851b facing the rotary member and which has a guide hole 851a allowing the insertion of a rotating shaft 88 of the rotary member; and a protrusion 852 which is provided with a stopper wall 852a provided on the leading end side of the arm portion, abutting on one 84a of the cam protrusion pieces and regulating its rotation, and an oscillating recessed groove 852b for undergoing the fit-in and abutment of the other one 84b of the cam protrusion pieces and oscillating the actuation lever.
