By changing the number of the elastic members, the material and thickness of the elastic member or by mounting a rubber band on one surface, a load can be adjusted and a buffer function is exhibited due to a frictional force of the laminated pates. Besides, even if an elongate airbag is used in place of the plate-shaped elastic member, it is possible to obtain the same effect.
