    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road rail vehicle that is improved in stability of the vehicle body when traveling the track.SOLUTION: The road rail vehicle includes a displacement mechanism 45 that displaces a rocking axle 60 in the vertical direction to locate a left rear steel wheel 75 and a right rear steel wheel 85 supported by a rocking axle 60 at a storage position to store in the vehicle body 2, and the left rear steel wheel 75 and the right rear steel wheel 85 supported by the rocking axle 60 at a projection position that projects downward. The rocking axle 60 includes: a beam 61 formed at an intermediate part of the rocking axle 60; and a pair of left and right shaft supports 62, 67 formed in a portal form surrounding the left rear steel wheel 75 and the right rear steel wheel 85 at left and right both ends of the beam 61, respectively. The beam 61 locates side by side with the rotary shaft of the left rear steel wheel 75 and the right rear steel wheel 85, a pair of left and right shaft supports 62, 67 are projected above the beam 61, and the rocking axle 60 is constituted to form M shape viewing from back and forth direction of the vehicle body 2 while being located at a projection position.

SOLUTION: The boom 30 is composed of a base end boom 31, an intermediate boom 33 and a nose boom 35 which are telescopically combined and capable of expanding and contracting.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boom work vehicle which can maintain insulating performance for a long period in a coated insulating boom for preventing a short circuit between an aerial hot wire and on the ground to improve a maintenance environment, in the boom work vehicle used in electric installation work or the like. SOLUTION: A coated insulating boom in a boom work vehicle related to this invention is constituted by setting a coated thickness in a slide part in a lower surface of a coated insulating boom member larger than that of a slide part in an upper surface so as to make an insulated coating by avoiding a connection part of the fellow metals. Consequently, insulation performance of this coated insulating boom, by extending/contracting operation of the boom, is maintained unless the coated thickness in the lower surface is effectively thinned from the prescribed coated thickness even by generating friction and crack. The metal connection part is not coated, so as to facilitate inspection for like whether a crack is provided or not in the connection part, the boom work vehicle with a good environment of maintenance can be tendered.
