    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit measurement of coaxiality in a short time, which relates to a coaxiality measuring device.
      SOLUTION: The coaxiality measuring device is provided with: a rotational mechanism 3 for rotating a workpiece 1 to prescribed rotational positions in order; a first sensor 41 for measuring the radial position of the outer circumferential surface in a first cylindrical part 11; a second sensor 42 for measuring the radial position of the outer circumferential surface in a second cylindrical part 12; and a computational means 6 for calculating the coaxiality of the first cylindrical part 11 and the second cylindrical part 12, on the basis of the rotational position data from the rotational mechanism 3 and the measurement data of the first and second sensors 42. Because the first cylindrical part 11 and the second cylindrical part 12 can be simultaneously measured, the coaxiality can be measured in a short time.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make heat radiation possible while operating a rotary pump, not stopping the rotary pump completely. SOLUTION: When driving a trochoid pump, the timing that a sealing member is pressed against an outer gear and an inner gear and the timing that the sealing member is not pressed against the outer and inner gears are set. In other words, the timing that frictional heat is generated in spite of sealing properties between the outer and the inner gears and a second side plate being secured and the timing that heat radiation can be performed in spite of the sealing properties being unable to be secured are switched with each other. Thus, the trochoid pump can be kept driving, and the operation of a braking device is made possible to continue. Thus, improvements in the performance of the braking device can be made possible.
