    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer having excellent flexibility and abrasion resistance and an excellent dry tough feel. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer is a thermoplastic elastomer composed of the following components (a) to (d) in (15/85) to (85/15) weight ratio of the components (a)/(b). The amount of the component (c) is 10-300 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component (a). The amount of the component (d) is 0.1-10 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the sum of the components (a) to (c).At least the components (a) and (d) are dynamically heat-treated in the presence of an organic peroxide. The components (a) to (d) are as follows. the component (a): a hydrogenated block copolymer obtained by hydrogenating an (A)-(B) block copolymer and/or an (A)-(B)-(A) block copolymer composed of a vinyl aromatic compound block (A) and a conjugated diene polymer block (B), saturating at least 90% of double bonds in a conjugated diene part and having 80,000-1,000,000 weight-average molecular weight, the component (b): an olefinic crystalline resin, the component (c): a hydrocarbon softener for rubbers and the component (d): an acrylic-modified organopolysiloxane.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame-retardant resin composition that does not use a halogen-based or phosphorus-based flame retardant causing environmental pollution and performance degradation, satisfies a severe flame-retardant level equal to that obtained by using the halogen-based or phosphorus-based flame retardant and yet has excellent impact strength, weld strength, mold deposit resistance and appearance and its molding.
      SOLUTION: The flame-retardant resin composition is obtained by mixing (A) 100 parts by mass of a polycarbonate resin with (B) 5-40 parts by mass of a rubber-modified styrene/(meth)acrylonitrile-based graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing at least a styrene-based monomer with (meth)acrylonitrile in the presence of rubber and (C) 0.01-3.0 parts by mass of an alkali metal or an alkaline earth metal salt of sulfonic acid of a PPE (polyphenylene ether) oligomer. The molding is obtained by molding the composition.
