At least one recovery powder among the metal recovery powder and the ceramic recovery powder obtained by the separating apparatus 50 is thermally sprayed on a new object as a thermal spray coating powder.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a thermal barrier coating, which can eliminate the color heterogeneity of the surface of a TBC film; hot parts for a gas turbine; and the gas turbine.
      SOLUTION: The structure of the thermal barrier coating includes: a thermal barrier coating film 14 (TBC film) having a bond coating layer 12 and a ceramic layer 13 formed on a substrate 11 of a heat-resistant alloy; and a color controlling film 20 which controls the color heterogeneity formed on the surface of the thermal barrier coating film 14. The color controlling film 20 is made by applying a slurry containing heat-resistant fine particles and heat-resistant coarse particles in an amount of 1 to 3 times more than the fine particles, onto the surface of the thermal barrier coating film, and drying it.
