    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem in a solar energy collector in a solar heat tower (or its equivalent) wherein its solar energy absorbing surface is exposed to deterioration due to heavy wind, rain or snow, very high temperatures, and sometimes grain of sand and organic pollutant, and when its surface is once damaged, the collector must be removed and replaced requiring cost and time, and it affects economy of a whole process. SOLUTION: A solar energy collecting device includes (i) a hollow core 4 suiting heat conduction fluid passage, and (ii) at least one heat conduction collector equipped with a laminated metallic cover wrapping a circumference of the core 4, composed to closely adhere and physically contact at least one part of an outer face of the core 4, with an outer surface of the cover 6 suiting exposure to solar radiation due to presence of a solar energy absorbing coating, and preferably, removable.
