摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently manufacture a large-shaped resin-molding and an elongated columnar resin-molding by mixing a reinforcing raw material with resin, press-molding the mixture thus obtained into a predetermined shape and heating it in an autoclave while it is being kept in a compressed state. CONSTITUTION:For example, vegetable fibers and flakes of conifers, bamboo materials and the like are used as a reinforcing raw material. The reinforcing raw material and a resin raw material, which have a predetermined compounding proportion, are mixed together and press-molded under a predetermined pressure, and a large-shaped molding thus obtained is fixed with a turnbuckle. In this way, the molding is hardened in an autoclave while the pressurized condition is being kept. The requirements for the autoclave are different according to the kind of raw materials to be used; however their temperature is kept so as not to exceed 160 deg.C. Furthermore, when an elongated columnar molding is desired, the large-shaped resin-molded product thus obtained may be cu to a predetermined size. Thus, a large-shaped or an elongated columnar resin-molding can be efficiently and easily manufactured.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain pellicle-free bamboo fibers by a method wherein coarse crushed material, which is prepared by coarsely crushing bamboo to the direction of growth with a rolling device, is fiberized with a hammer mill type crusher and pellicle parts mixed in obtained bamboo fibers are separated. CONSTITUTION:Cut bamboo, from which blades are removed, is coarsely crushed by being passed through a rolling device. The coarsely crushed bamboo is fiberized with a hammer mill type crusher. The pellicle parts inside bamboo mixed in the obtained bamboo fibers are separated. The mechanical separating method is to scatter bamboo fibers, which are fed from a chute 3 through a feed conveyer 4 to a pair of feed rolls 5, through a large number of triangular teeth provided on a rotary drum 2 onto a conveyer 7. Since the conveyer 7 is arranged only to the neighborhood of the center of the rotary drum 2, the pellicle parts mainly fall on this side of the conveyer 7, resulting in collecting the pellicle parts with blades 6 in a pellicle collecting tank 8. Further, as the separating method by immersing in water, the pellicle part floats when the obtained bamboo fibers are immersed in water, resulting in allowing to easily separate the pellicle part from the bamboo fiber.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the dispersing qualities of fibers by a method wherein fibers, which are prepared by fibrillating vegetable stock, are passed between a pair of rolls, which have a large number of teeth and rotate to the same direction. CONSTITUTION:A large number of teeth 5 are formed or a pair of rolls 1 and 2, which are engaged with each other and rotated to the same direction. Further, the peripheral speed of the rolls 1 is controlled to be faster than that of the roll 2. Accordingly, at the point, at which teeth 5 engage with each other, the teeth 5 are rotated to the directions opposite to each other, the fibers passing between both the rolls 1 and 2 are untwisted so as to remove entwinement in order to enhance the dispersion properties in other stock. In this case, by keeping the water content of vegetable fiber above 10%, the pulverization of the fiber is prevented from developing.
