摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dien-rubber composition having excellent processability in a silica formulation and improve in a balance between low rolling resistance, wet skid resistance, strength characteristic. SOLUTION: This method for producing a rubber composition containing reinforcing silica comprises the steps of obtaining a rubber composition containing reinforcing silica by (1) a first kneading and (2) a second kneading, adding total amount of (D) a vulcanizer and a vulcanizing accelerator kneading at the kneading/discharging temperature of 120 deg.C or lower, cooling to obtain a vulcanizable composition and vulcanizing at the temperature of 130 to 200 deg.C is performed. The rubber composition to be vulcanized comprises (A-1) 100 pts.wt. raw material rubber comprising a dien-rubber having a modified group compatible with reinforcing silica, (B-1) 25 to 150 pts.wt. reinforcing silica filler, (C) 0.1 to 15 pts.wt. silane coupling agent, and (D) 1.0 to 20 pts.wt. total of vulcanizer and vulcanizing accelerator.
