摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately discriminate corrosion, crack, etc., on the inside surface of a steel pipe using magnetism, without depending on worker's intuition, etc. SOLUTION: Excitation coils 12a and 12b are wound at two separate positions of a steel pipe 10, while a transmission magnetic flux density detecting coil 14 wound at their intermediate point. The two excitation coils 12a and 12b are so magnetized that their orientations are opposite each other while the transmission magnetic flux densities are the same magnetic flux in the steel pipe 10. The two excitation coils 12a and 12b and the transmission magnetic flux density detecting coil 14 are fixed in relative position, while allowed to move relatively in axis direction to the steel pipe 10. When changes occur in magnetic reluctance due to corrosion, crack, etc., on the steel pipe 10. The detection voltage from the transmission magnetic flux density detecting coil 14 becomes higher owing to relative movement to the steel pipe 10, the fluctuation being large, so corrosion, crack, etc., are detected based on changes in the detection voltage.

The locking member 12 strides over an overhead wire 50 to make electric connection, and a detecting means for detecting a magnetic flux generated by A.C. flowing through the overhead wire 50 is relatively forced to take a designated attitude 1. A conductive probe 26 is arranged on the tip of the operating rod 10 in such a manner that its angle to the operating rod 10 can be freely adjusted. An electric signal related to a part to be measured, which is obtained by the locking member 12 and the conductive probe 26, is converted to a light signal by an electro-optical signal converting means 40 to be transmitted.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve easy and inexpensive manufacturing by a method wherein a colored wax-containing layer laminated on the surface of a metal sheet is covered with a wax-permeated layer to conceal it and the layers are covered with a transparent sheet to make a watertight structure. SOLUTION: A colored wax-containing layer 12 containing previouly colored wax is laminated on the surface of a highly heat conductive metal sheet 10 such as aluminum sheet. Then, a porous wax-permeated layer 14 is laminated on the colored wax containing layer 12 to conceal the colored wax containing layer 12. Moreover, the metal sheet 10, the colored wax layer 12 and the wax- permeated layer 14 are covered with a transparent sheet 18 made of polyethylene to build a display device 40. An adhesive layer 22 is applied on the rear of the metal sheet 10 and a protective paper 24 protects the adhesive layer 22. Sticking parts 10' and 18' are provided at surrounding ends of the metal sheet 10 and the transparent sheet 18 to sandwich the colored wax-containing layer 12 and the wax-permeated layer 14 and the sticking parts are sealed by an adhesive or the like to stick, thereby enabling easy formation of the watertight structure.

After that, a reinforcement bar is inserted in the hole, and then concrete is cast and filled to form an anchor.

The color of the wax and that of the ground around the wax flowing out are selected beforehand so that they can be discriminated from each other by comparison. Thereby it is recognized distinctly that the wax melts and flows out and it is known therefrom that the detecting part 1 is in the state of heating at the prescribed temperature or above.
