摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a paint composition which is excellent in applicability and can give a paint film excellent in properties such as pigment dispersion, adhesion to a substrate, durability and abrasion resistance, by using a nitrocellulose having radiation-sensitive unsaturated double bonds as a binder. CONSTITUTION:A paint composition containing a nitrocellulose having radiation- sensitive unsaturated double bonds (e.g., a nitrocellulose having radiation- sensitive double bonds and having 400-760mmol. of nitric ester groups and 1-250mmol. of hydroxyl groups per 100g of nitrocellulose and a degree of polymerization of, e.g., 10-55) as a binder and containing 0-500pts.wt. pigment per 100pts.wt. this binder. Because a desirable amount of hydroxyl groups can be retained in the nitrocellulose and the crosslinking by curing is performed by irradiation, this composition can give a paint film excellent in pigment dispersion, adhesion, durability and abrasion resistance.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain nitrocellulose providing a magnetic recording medium which is excellent in the dispersibility of magnetic particles, the surface smoothness of coated film, durability and abrasion resistance, by introducing specified amounts of nitrate groups and radiation-sensitive unsaturated double bonds into nitrocellulose. CONSTITUTION:1-250mmol of radiation-sensitive unsaturated double bonds are introduced into nitrocellulose containing 400-760mmol of nitrate groups per 100g of the nitrocellulose to prepared the object nitrocellulose. Practical methods for the introduction of said double bond include reaction maleic anhydrude with the hydroxyl group of nitrocellulose in the presence of an acid catalyst; reacting an acyl choride of crotonic acid in the presence of pyridine; or reacting 2-(1-azirinyl)ethyl acrylate. A magnetic coating composition can be obtained by mixing magnetic particles and necessary additives with said nitrocellulose as a binder.

摘要： PURPOSE:A forming material that is made by press-forming the intermediate layer that is half-cured and nontakcy at room temperature and both surface layers that are uncured and reinforced, thus being used for electric appliances because of its high thickness accuracy, water and solvent resistance, interlaminar adhesion with metal foils or the like. The molar ratio of A/B in the intermediate layer is 1/4-4/1. The thickness of sheet of the forming material is preferably less than 5mm in the respect of photocuring and the thickness of impregnation is less than 1mm, preferably less than 0.5mm.
