摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground-anchor execution method using a guide apparatus being easily mounted and demounted and functioning a role as a cutoff means in common and a preventer in which operationability improved. SOLUTION: A guide pipe-combining water stop 10 has a guide pipe section 12 projected from the surface side of a substrate 11 in response to drilling and annular plate rubbers 13 as chamber wall members lined around drilling on the rear side of the substrate 11, and the plate rubbers 13 defines air injection chambers 14 among the plate rubbers 13 and a substrate rear face. The water stop 10 is installed to a retaining wall, and the plate rubbers 13 are expanded by pressing and injecting air into the air injection chambers 14 and fast stuck onto the surface of the retaining wall at that time, and the leakage of water from the inside of the retaining wall to the outside is prevented. The preventer 20 is set up to the guide pipe section 12 through a flexible joint 25, etc., a rubber ring 23 is fast stuck onto the outer circumferential surface of a casing 30 by injecting water into a pressure-receiving chamber with pressure and forward moving a sliding member 22 and the runoff of ground water during drilling is prevented.
