摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a variable length precast concrete staircase which can mold a precast concrete staircase with a definite throat depth by filling concrete up to a definite height even when a form for the staircase is rotated in accordance with the length of the precast concrete staircase to be molded. SOLUTION: The form 2 for the staircase in which a step face form member 7 and a kick-in form member 8 are connected with each other at a staircase corner part 9 of the staircase with variable angles, a staircase form supporting member 3 for supporting the form 2 for the staircase at a definite height so as to make the staircase corner part 9 at the top, a staircase corner fixing means for fixing the form 2 for the staircase in the neighborhood of the staircase corner part 9 by an interval corresponding to the length of the precast staircase in the neighborhood of the staircase corner part 9, a step face fixing means for fixing the step face form member 7 so as to make it as a specified angle of inclination and a pivoting means for tightly fixing the kick-in form member 8 at the apex part of the adjoining step face form member 7 into a T-shape to the form 2 for the staircase whose top position and angle of inclination of the step face are fixed by the staircase corner part fixing means and the step face fixing means are provided.

SOLUTION: In this device, side walls 3 are oppositely arranged at one opposed edge of a bottom part 2, and a cover 21 placed to cover the opened upper surface of a trough main body 1 is attached to the through main body 1 whose upper surface is opened. In this case, the device comprises bottomed sleeves 31 arranged on the inner sides of the both side walls 3, bridging members 51 wherein pins 41 fitted in these sleeves 31 are arranged at both ends and female screw holes 56 are arranged in center parts, and a bolt 61 pushing/ pressing the pins 41 to the sleeves 31 in a manner that the center parts of the bridging members 51 are lifted under a condition that a head part 62 is brought into contact with the cover 21 by penetrating a shaft part 63 through a stepped penetrating hole 23 arranged in the cover 21 and screwing a male screw part 64 arranged around the shaft part 63 into the female screw holes 56 of the bridging members 51.
