    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new conductive substance in a gel state, having conductivity which has not been conventionally available. SOLUTION: The conductive gel substance 1 has, as a main component, oil or ionic liquid, or a dispersant 2 constituted of oil or ionic liquid and a conductive particle 3. When a mixture in which the dispersant 2 and the conductive particles 3 are mixed in a certain ratio is put in a container 4 and is kneaded, the conductive particles 3 are dispersed nearly uniformly in the dispersant 2. However, since the conductive particles 3 have low compatibility with the dispersant 2, in certain time after kneading has been stopped, the conductive particles 3 coagulate partially in the dispersant 2 and a chain structure, to become a conductive path is formed.
