    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of supplying powder to a forming mold and a powder supplying device, with which failure due to a recessed or a protruded part of accumulated powder or remained powder is improved and a higher quality is available for a compact of a powdery material such as a compressed powdery body. SOLUTION: A powder box 3 is moved to the mold opening 16 of a forming mold 1 while a scraping member 7 is separated from the upper face 14 of the forming mold 1, powder contained in a powder box 3 is charged into a forming cavity 15 through the mold opening 16 of the forming mold. Then the powder box 3 is retracted from the mold opening 16 along the upper face 14 of the forming mold 1. The scraping member 7 is moved along the upper face 14 of the mold in the opposite direction of the retraction while a scraping part 7a is in contact with or approached to the upper face 14 of the mold, thus remained powder remaining on the upper face 14 of the mold is made reach to the forming cavity 15, and at the same time, the mold opening 16 of the forming mold 1 is scraped by the scraping member 7 so that the upper face of accumulated powder in a forming cavity 15 in uniformalized.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent growth of ice and to prevent disturbance of smooth coming out of ice balls, by a method wherein temperature at a boundary layer between fluorocarbon liquid and water having 0 deg.C in a container is controlled by a heater mounted on the wall surface of the container. CONSTITUTION:Water is branched through a plurality of nozzles 8 by means of a conduit 5 and a distributor 7 and injected in fluorocarbon liquid 9 having approximately -30 deg.C. The water forms ice balls 10 which pass through a boundary layer 11 and are floated in water 12 having 0 deg.C. A heater 13 is situated in an ice making inner cylinder so as to always keep the temperature of the boundary layer 11 at 0-3 deg.C, the fluorocarbon liquid 9 having -30 deg.C and the water 12 having 0 deg.C are heated, and the temperature of the boundary layer 11 is maintained. Thus, ice is prevented from growth at the boundary layer due to lowering of the temperature of the boundary layer 11, and rising of ice balls is prevented from blocking. An agitator 15 having a resilient blade is located to the upper part of a container, and manufactured ice balls are continuously discharged to a discharge port 18.
