摘要： PURPOSE:To improve centering accuracy of a shaft while preventing hydraulic vibration from being amplified even when it is generated at the time of pressure governing action. CONSTITUTION:A linear solenoid valve 1 comprises a pressure governing valve part 2 for guiding a spool 6 slid in a valve sleeve 5 and an electromagnet part 3 for slidably supporting a shaft 33 to a center hole of a core 30, arranged with a coil assembly unit 31 in the periphery, through a linear type rolling bearing 35. A cage of this bearing 35 is formed of resin. Even when vibration is generated at the time of pressure governing action, the vibration is not amplified because the cage of the bearing 35 is light in weight. By using resin having a precision molding property, accuracy of the cage is improved to always accurately press the spool 6 by the shaft 33, and a characteristic of output pressure is prevented from deteriorating.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the dimensions of a case of an electromagnetic device for making it compact by forming a notch part on the outer edge of a yoke, putting the outer edge of a basic part of an outer base on the notch part and fixing the outer base by a case of the electromagnetic device. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic device has a terminal 45 fixed by a molded resin 51, a yoke 46 and a pushing rod 53 made of a non-magnetic member pressed in a recess in front of a plunger 50. The yoke 46 is provided with a stepped part on its outer edge and formed with a notch part 46a. A valve part has an inner base 54, an outer base 56, and a ball 59 which is arranged between a valve seat 56a of the outer base 56 and the inner base 54 and abuts on the tip of the pushing rod 53, and is assembled in the electromagnetic device, namely the protrusive edge 56a of a basic part of the outer base 56 is put on the notch part 46a of the yoke 46 and calked by the tip 41a of a case 41. In this case, the tip 41a of the case 41 is made thin to sandwich shapedly calk the outer edge of the yoke 46 and the outer edge of the basic part of the outer base 56.

摘要： PURPOSE:To lighten thermal shock given to a load part by molded resin and to prevent the breaking of a wire by inserting a buffering member having heat resistance, flexibility and insulating property between the load part of an electromagnetic coil and a molded resin part. CONSTITUTION:A tape 10 having heat resistance, flexibility and insulating property is wound around the load part 3 of an electromagnetic coil 2 wound on a coil bobbin 1, and the fusing part 6 of a connector terminal 4 and a earth terminal 5. The whole of a device is covered with molded resin except a part of the terminals 4, 5 to produce a resin molded coil device. Since the tape 10 covers the lead part 3 of the electromagnetic coil 2, the lead part 3 does not directly come into contact with the molded resin. Namely, the tape 10 functions as a buffering member to lighten thermal shock given to the lead part 3 by the molded resin and to prevent the breaking of a wire.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make the parts of a valve more common by providing an electromagnetic device formed of a plunger driven by an electromagnetic coil, a sleeve to guide the plunger, a yoke fitted outside the sleeve and a pushing rod tightly attached to the plunger. CONSTITUTION:A valve part has an inner base 54 formed with a hole 54a through which the tip of a pushing rod 53 is inserted and a passage 55 to a delivery port 51; an outer base 56 having the inner base 54 fitted in its stopped part, an input port 57 and a valve seat 56a which are are formed on it, and the delivery port 61 formed on its basic part; and a ball 59 which is arranged between the valve base 56a and the inner base 54 and abuts on the tip of the pushing rod 53. The valve part is assembled in an electromagnetic device, namely the basic part of the outer base 56 is calked by a case 41 with a yoke 46. Any of normal close type and normal open type two-way electromagnetic valves can be composed by altering only the outer and inner bases in the valve part without the change of the formation of the electromagnetic device.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make unitization so easy as well as to perform the whole assembly quickly and accurately by caulking an inner base and an outer base together, in a three-way solenoid valve whose passage is selected after balls are displaced by drive of a solenoid unit according to an electric signal. CONSTITUTION:There are provided with a plunger 23 being driven by a solenoid coil and a sleeve 26 guiding this plunger 23. Also there are provided with a yoke 32 being fitted in an external part of this sleeve 26 and a push rod 24 being attached tight to the plunger 23 and formed with a taper surface. In addition, there are provided with inner bases 46, 66 being formed with a first valve seat and a second valve seat touchable to the taper surface, outer bases 42, 62 being assembled with the inner bases, and balls 48, 68 being installed touchably in the first valve seat. Next, a tip of the push rod is set up touchably to the ball, and the inner base and the outer base are unitized in one by caulkers 33a, 33b and 42f. Successively the yoke and the outer base are caulked together by a case 33 of a solenoid unit 20, thus a desired three-way solenoid valve is secured.
