摘要： PURPOSE:To perform smooth engagement and disengagement of a fractional engaging element by providing a check valve which is disposed in an oil passage for interconnecting a hydraulic servo and a valve and opened during drainage by the hydraulic servo to discharge oil. CONSTITUTION:A frictional engaging element C3 is disposed to a second transmission part 120. A hydraulic servo C3 causes engagement and disengagement of the frictional engaging element C3. A check valve 56 disposed on the second transmission part 120 in an oil passage 51 and opened during drainage by the hydraulic servo C3 to discharge oil is provided. When oil is fed to the hydraulic servo C3, the check valve 56 is closed, and when the oil is drained, it is opened. Thus, oil in the hydraulic servo C3 and the oil passage 51 is rapidly discharged and air flows therein. This constitution performs smooth engagement and disengagement of the frictional engaging element C3.

摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent change of regulating oil pressure caused by change of a temperature by arranging a shape memory spring whose spring constant is changed by a temperature between the spring which is positioned on a side opposing to a spool and a spring reaction supporting member, and interposing a member for restricting a moving amount between both springs. CONSTITUTION: When differential oil is a high temperature, the load of a shape memory spring 10 surpasses the load of a spring 4, and an E-type stopping wheel 9 is pushed toward a groove 5b left side. At this time, the spring 4 is compressed, a spool 3 is pushed in a left direction by a large energizing force for an equivalent load so as to obtain throttle pressure corresponding to a throttle opening degree. Since energizing force of the shape memory spring 10 is small at the time of a low temperature, the load of the spring 4 surpasses its load, the E-type stopping wheel 9 is pushed toward the groove 5b right side, and the spool 3 is pushed in a left direction by small energizing pressure for a load which is equivalently to expansion of the spring 4. Even if viscosity of differential oil at the time of a low temperature becomes high, it is possible to suppress increase of throttle pressure, and also it is possible to prevent speed change point fluctuation caused by change of the temperature.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the number of workers necessary to regulation and to prevent production of a shock by providing a regulating piece secured to an inner cable and in a position matching the reference point of a regulating boot when a throttle opening is 0%. CONSTITUTION:A throttle case 1 of an automatic transmission comprises an outer cable 2, an inner cable 3, and an adjuster 4. A regulating boot 11 is mounted to the end part on the carburetor side of the adjuster 4. Meanwhile, a regulating piece 8 is secured to the inner cable 3. The length of the regulating boot 11 is set so that the tip of the regulating boot 11 coincides with the position of the regulating piece 8 when a throttle opening is 0%. This constitution reduces the number of workers necessary to regulation and prevents the generation of a shock when gear shift is effected during a stop.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a sufficient flow rate of oil, in a union with a check ball disposed in a hydraulic circuit and preventing the occurrence of a backflow of an oil pressure. SOLUTION: An oil groove 11e is formed between the inner peripheral surface 11d of a check chamber 11 in a union body 10 and the outer peripheral surface of a coil spring 50. Further an expansion part 11c is formed corresponding to the oil groove 11e. When pressure oil is fed through an input port 11a, a ball 20 is pushed up to compress the coil spring 50. This constitution forms an oil passage running from the input port 11a to an output port 11b through an oil groove 11e and an expansion part 11c. Since the oil passage does not run across the coil spring 50, throttle operation by the coil spring 50 is not exerted and a sufficient flow rate is provided.

The return spring is fixed by applying burring work onto the starting-up part 193, and a stepped part 195 is formed on the hole 192.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce production of a fluctuation in torque by a method wherein a check valve closed during drain is mounted in juxtaposition with an orifice located between a manual valve and a hydraulic servo for a first and reverse brake. CONSTITUTION:An orifice 61 is disposed between a manual valve 10 and a hydraulic servo B3 for a first and reverse brake and a check valve 62 closed during drain through a 1-2 shift valve 11 of a hydraulic servo B3 is mounted in juxtaposition herewith. Thus, when a shift is effected from an N-range to an R-range, since, after the brake B3 is engaged, a direct clutch C2 is engaged, high torque is prevented from immediate transmission. When a shift is effected from the R-range to the N-range, since the brake B3 is disengaged after disengagement of the direct clutch C2, a brake is prevented from disengagement in a state that high torque is transmitted. This constitution reduces the production of a fluctuation in torque.
