    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding device having a grounding brush with superior durability without being affected by an insulating substance such as grease. SOLUTION: This grounding device 40 comprises a steel ring holding frame 41, a conductive ring 43, the grounding brush 45, and a compression spring 47. The steel ring holding frame 41 is made of a metallic material and has an inverse U-shape. A steel ring 29 has a steel ring body 35 and a conductive ring 43 coaxial with axle 37 and annularly disposed in diametric outside of the axle 37 in its left side. The conductive ring 43 is made of gunmetal and has conductivity. The grounding brush 45 is formed by binding a plurality of conductive wire rods 45a made of alloy of carbon and the gunmetal into a brush shape. The hardness of the grounding brush 45 is lower than the hardness of the conductive ring 43. The grounding brush 45 is energized to the conductive ring 43 by the compression spring 47 oppositely disposed on the top part of the conductive ring 43 and fitted to the side plate 41b of the steel ring holding frame 41 at all times.

    • PURPOSE: To surely perform regulation of boom action such as making supporting of a car body unstable, by a simple constitution. CONSTITUTION: An actual work position is obtained from an actual derricking angle detected by a derricking motion sensor 22 and from an actual extending amount detected by an extension sensor 23 by using an actual work position arithmetic device 26, to obtain a limit work range based on an actual loading load of a work bench detected by a load sensor 20, also to compare this range with the actual work position, and when it leads to a boundary of the limit work range, operating a boom in a direction, that the actual work position exceeds the limit work range to move, is regulated by a boom controller 28. Further, whether the actual loading of the work bench is larger or not than a permissible maximum loading load is detected by a load comparator 24, to perform alarm action by an alarm controller 30 when the actual loading load comes to be the permissible maximum loading load or more.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electric shock of an operator by arranging an actuator actuation regulating means for regulating actuation of an actuator in the direction for bringing a work device near to the trolley wire side in the case of being not judged that a contact member exists in a position for abutting to and contacting with a trolley wire by a position judging means. SOLUTION: A truck land elevated spot work vehicle 1 has an electric shock preventing device 40 for preventing an electric shock of an operator on a working bench 25, and this electric shock preventive device 40 is composed of an energizing device for energizing a slider 45 to a trolley wire T, a controller for controlling actuation of a telescopic boom 17, a raising/lowering cylinder 21 and a telescopic cylinder 19 for lifting the working bench 25. An abutting/ contact judging circuit of the controller judges whether or not the slider 45 abuts to and contacts with the trolley wire T on the basis of a load value from a load detecting sensor 79, and sends the result to an actuation regulating circuit. When the operator tries to raise/lower the telescopic boom 17, actuation of an actuation control valve for extending the raising/lowering cylinder 21 is regulated on the basis of the judging result.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boom working vehicle enabling boom operation to return an operator onto the ground for evacuation or to house a boom while avoiding the abnormality of a boom operating device caused by sticking of a solenoid proportional valve for controlling the operation of a hydraulic actuator. SOLUTION: In this boom working vehicle, an auxiliary control valve is provided between a hydraulic actuator for actuating the boom, and the solenoid proportional valve for controlling the supply and discharge of pressure oil to and from the hydraulic actuator. In the abnormal state of the solenoid proportional valve being stuck by contamination or the like, the supply and discharge of the pressure oil to and from the hydraulic actuator is controlled by the auxiliary control valve in place of the solenoid proportional valve. The boom can thereby be operated even at the abnormal time caused by sticking, so that the operator can be evacuated on the ground, and the boom can be housed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost of a leveling device capable of preventing an inclination of a workbench. SOLUTION: This leveling device 30 has a first oil passage 39 for connecting rod side oil chambers 35a and 31a of an upper leveling cylinder 35 and a lower leveling cylinder 31, a second oil passage 41 for connecting bottom side oil chambers 35b and 31b of the upper leveling cylinder 35 and the lower leveling cylinder 31, an operation control valve 57 for controlling so as to supply and discharge oil delivered from a hydraulic pump P to a boom actuator 21, a first replenishing oil passage 47 for connecting a tank oil passage 59 and the first oil passage 39 for introducing discharge oil from the operation control valve 57 to a tank T, and a second replenishing oil passage 49 for connecting the tank oil passage 59 and the second oil passage 41. Check valves 51 and 53 are arranged in the first replenishing oil passage 47 and the second replenishing oil passage 49, and when the discharge oil flows in the tank oil passage 59, the discharge oil flowing in the tank passage 59, and becoming positive pressure is supplied to the first replenishing oil passage 47 and the second replenishing oil passage 49.
