摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an antimicrobial zeolite not changing color with time by sunlight, ultraviolet light, etc., by immersing a zeolite in a solution of ammonium ion, drying and supporting ammine silver complex ion or an amine silver complex ion on the zeolite. CONSTITUTION:A type zeolite is immersed in a solution of ammonium ion having 0.1-10 normal, preferably 0.5-3 normal ammonium ion concentration adjusted to pH7-12, preferably 8.5-10 by addition of ammonia, then the solvent is removed and the A type zeolite is dried at 100-150 deg.C. The prepared A type zeolite is blended with a preliminarily prepared solution containing ammine silver complex ion or an amine silver complex and stirred at room temperature for >=30 minutes to give an antimicrobial zeolite. The content of silver ion is 0.1-15wt.%, preferably 1-5wt.%. 99.9-60wt.% organic polymer is blended with 0.1-40wt.% antimicrobial silver zeolite to give an antimicrobial polymer composition not causing thermal change of color during processing.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an antibacterial and antimycotic agent composed of natural or synthetic zeolite powder supporting an ammine complex salt of an antibacterial metal, free from the formation of agglomerate in dried state, keeping the antibacterial activity over a long period and giving a food-packaging material, building material, etc., by compounding to a synthetic resin, rubber, mortar, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective agent is composed of natural or synthetic zeolite powder supporting at least one kind of ammine complex salt or amine complex salt of an antibacterial metal. The heavy metal exhibiting antibacterial property is silver, copper, tin, etc. The active component is produced by using ammonia or amine (e.g., ethylamine) as a ligand, reacting the ligand with a soluble salt of an antibacterial metal in a proper solvent to produce the complex salt, contacting the solution with natural or synthetic zeolite, removing the solvent after the reaction and drying the product. The amount of the ammine complex salt or amine complex salt of the antibacterial metal is 0.1-10 pts.wt. (preferably 1-5 pts.wt.) in terms of metal based on 100 pts.wt. of zeolite.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide photocatalytic silica gel which contains titanium oxide in the fine pores having a huge specific surface area, photocatalytic silica gel which contains at least one metal selected from transition elements or its oxide in the pores of the silica gel, and the production method thereof. SOLUTION: Photocatalytic silica gel has the average thickness of the titanium oxide film fixed on the surface in the range of 0-0.4 μm, and contains 0.05-75 wt.% of titanium oxide in the pores of the silica gel when dried at 200 deg.C. The above photocatalytic silica gel is produced by the heat and baking method or the like after containing the titania sol prepared from an alkoxide, alcoholamines or glycols of titanium in the silica gel, and washing the titania sol adhering to the surface of the silica gel with a cleaning liquid which is compatible with the alkoxide of titanium.

The glass substrate 1 is put on an insulator 2 made from alumina ceramics, and an electric potential of -5000V is applied by a forced-charging power supply 3 to accumulate a charge. From above it a low-pressure mercury lamp is applied as an ultraviolet light source 4 for an appropriate time. Thereafter, the surface potential of the glass substrate 1 is measured with a static measuring instrument 7 via a static sensor 5 to ensure excellent performance in eliminating static electricity. Therefore, static can be eliminated completely without restrictions from the atmosphere around a charged object and its charged state, while preventing generation of dust.
