Consequently, the rough moving mechanism 101 is supplied with a rough movement command signal M4 generated by adding the signal indicating the quantity of relative displacement of the fine moving mechanism 102 from the rough moving mechanism 101 that a relative position detecting means 133 detects to the deviation signal C4, thereby controlling the moving operations of the respective mechanisms.
