    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a smooth feed of a lining executing device by a method wherein a feed roller rotated in the same direction as that of a lining executing device is rotationally driven, in a joining mechanism part comprising outer and inner surface rollers between which a belt-like member is nipped. SOLUTION: The coulings, making contact with each other through nipping operation by outer and inner surface rollers 4 and 3, of a joining mechanism part 5 are engaged with each other at the closing portion of a belt-like member 100. By engaging the outer surface roller 4 with the recessed groove of the outer surface of the belt-like member 100, the outer surface roller advances in the direction of the axis of a pipe at a given pitch together with a newly fed belt-like member 100 and the joining mechanism part 5 is always positioned in a closing portion. Thereby, a lining executing device S is revolved on a whole and the belt-like member 100 is continuously closed to manufacture a pipe. The feed roller of the joining mechanism part 5 makes contact with the wall surface of a pipe culvert P, through rotation thereof, reaction from a wall surface is exerted and a rotation force is exerted on a lining executing device S, and the smooth feed of the lining executing device S is practicable.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly form a lining pipe, and to prevent the generation of fluctuation in the driving condition of a corner part by arranging a second pinching and fitting mechanism at a position in rear of a first pinching and fitting mechanism, which is formed of an outer surface roller and an inner surface roller arranged at each connecting position of a lining pipe and a belt-like member, through a bend part. SOLUTION: In a closing part of a belt-like member 100, a new belt-like member 100 to be continuously supplied to a starting lining pipe with the fitting structure by the pinching and fitting force of an inner surface roller 5 and an outer surface roller 6 of a pinching and fitting mechanism to be driven for rotation. When a first feeding roller 73A of a first pinching and fitting mechanism 7A achieves a corner of a pipe conduit P having a rectangular cross section, a second feeding roller 73B of a second pinching and fitting mechanism 7B maintains the abutment on the wall surface so as to always maintain the feeding word. With this structure, generation of abutment of the outer surface roller 6 of the pinching and fitting mechanism on the wall surface is prevented, and while a lining pipe R can be smoothly formed by the feeding work with the generation of abutment of the feeding roller with the wall surface.
