Prevention against blocking in film formation is effective on condition that the addition amount of the lubricant is equal to or smaller than 0.05 pt.mass.

In the carrier tape, on one face of the tape-like sheet, a bottom tape is stuck.

In this method it is preferable that the adhesive (A) is an acrylic adhesive having a hydroxy group and a carboxy group as the functional groups and that the adhesive (B) is an acrylic adhesive having only a hydroxy group as the functional group. The method is particularly effective when the adherend is a polarizing plate or an LCD panel whose surface is mainly composed of triacetyl cellulose.
