摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform storage work in a short time by simplifying a structure for performing storage on an underground part and to enhance working efficiency of construction. SOLUTION: The soil-pumping device 1 is provided with a conveying guide rail 20 for conveying a container 2 from the underground part to a ground story 10 while passing through an opening R; and a lifting frame 30 attached to the conveying guide rail 20 and arranged liftably with the conveying guide rail 20 by a lifting drive mechanism while passing through the opening R. A detachment rail 50 detachably connected by a pin structure provided on the conveying guide rail 20 is removed and the lifting frame 30 is descended by the lifting drive mechanism 40. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for efficiently removing a lining material such as asbestos or the like from an existing chimney, and to provide a method using it. SOLUTION: As a rotary head 12, a preliminary head for removing the surface layer 2A of the lining material with bits attached so as to be storable inside the lining material 2 to be removed and a finishing head 12B attached with the bits 30 to further remove a lower layer 2B of the lining material after the removal of the surface layer are used. The finishing head is provided with a wire brush 40 for polishing the inner face of the chimney 1 after the removal of the lining material while the preliminary head and the finishing head can be selectively attached to the drive motor 13. After the removal of the surface layer 2A of the lining material in the preliminary work in the first place, the lower layer 2B of the lining material is further removed in the finishing work while the inner surface of the chimney is polished with the wire brush 40.
