摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a safety cap of which the opening operation is easy and which has no danger of being opened by a little child. SOLUTION: This safety cap is a cap having a double structure comprising an inner cap 3 coupled with thread to an outer circumference of a mouth of a container main body of a tube container and an outer cap 5 covered on an outer circumference of the inner cap 3. Predetermined gaps 4 are defined between the inner cap 3 and the outer cap 5 in a state that the outer cap 5 is not pressed, and the outer cap 5 covers the inner cap 3 so as to be freely turned irrespective of the inner cap 3 when the outer cap 5 is turned counterclockwise. In the case where press portions 10 on the side face of the outer cap 5 are pressed, the outer cap 5 is deformed into an oval shape, and longitudinal grooves 7 formed in an inner circumferential face of the outer cap 5 are engaged with longitudinal ribs 6 formed on an outer circumferential face of the inner cap 3, whereby the outer cap 5 and the inner cap 3 are unitarily turned counterclockwise.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hole a closed film without detaching a cap by only the operation of rotating the cap, by forming a needle body on the top face of the inner cylinder of the cap, opposed to the closed film, so that it hangs down, also by forming a plurality of vane pieces at the lower end of the inner cylinder, and by forming engagement grooves, into which the leading ends of the vane pieces are fitted, in the outer cylinder of the cap. SOLUTION: On the top face of the inner cylinder 5 of a cap 3 a needle body 6 is formed so as to be opposed to a closed film 2 formed on the mouth 4 of a tube main body 1. Also, at the lower end of the inner cylinder 5 a plurality of vane piece 7 separated at fixed intervals by slits are formed. Further, in the internal circular face of the outer cylinder 8 of the cap 3, engagement grooves 8a, into which the leading ends 7b of the vane pieces 7 are fitted, are formed. To open the closed film 2, the inner cylinder 5 is moved down while screwed, thereby moving the needle body 6 down. At the time, the vane piece 7 bend out due to the pressing action of the inner cylinder 5, and their leading ends 7b are fitted into the engagement grooves 8a, and thus it informs a user of what the closed film 2 is opened.
