    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recover phosphorus which is contained in biological wastewater, such as sewage, in large quantity and of which the exhaustion as resources is indicated; and to reutilize phosphorus as resources at low cost.SOLUTION: The water treatment apparatus includes: an adsorbing means in which water to be treated containing phosphorus is brought into contact with phosphorus adsorbent containing hydrotalcite-like material for adsorbing phosphorus to the phosphorus adsorbent; and a phosphorus concentration measuring means for measuring the phosphorus concentration in the water to be treated, to be supplied in the adsorbing means. The apparatus also includes: a phosphorus adsorbent introduction means which introduces the phosphorus adsorbent into the phosphorus adsorbing means in accordance with the concentration of the phosphorus measured by the phosphorus concentration measuring means; and a phosphorus adsorbent discharge means which discharges the phosphorus adsorbent adsorbed the phosphorus from the adsorbing means.

The water treatment method using the oil adsorbing particle comprises a step of dispersing/immersing the oil adsorbing particle in oil-including waste water so that the oil in the waste water is adsorbed on the oil adsorbing particle and the oil-adsorbed oil adsorbing particle is removed.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a technique relating to a sound absorption material having excellent sound absorbability together with solubility in water by suppressing environmental loads to be minimum in using, recycling and disposing the same.
      SOLUTION: The sound absorption material is a porous material formed of a water soluble foaming matrix comprising ≥1 kind of water soluble polymer, an ionic surfactant dispersed in the matrix and water, and pores constituting the porous material are communicating through breackage of the pores. The sound absorbing material can be produced by a process for preparing a foamed composition by foaming an aqueous solution comprising the water soluble foaming matrix and the ionic surfactant, a process for obtaining a foamed and freezed material by freezing the foamed composition and a process for drying the foamed and freezed material.
