The electric discharge machine 7a has a chuck 23 locked to a locking part 16 arranged at a lower end of the turning arm 15 of the access device 5, a mast 7 with an arm which is linked to the chuck 23, droops and can rotate by itself and an electrical discharge machine which is arranged at a lower end of the mast with the arm and conducts electric discharge machining in a machining position.
