摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for electromagnetically and stably measuring physical quantities by reducing effects of temperature changes of antennas and effects of pressure variations from substances to be measured. SOLUTION: In the apparatus for electromagnetically measuring target physical quantities in a liquid flowing through a piping with electromagnetic waves, high accuracy and high stability are achieved by previously measuring/recording temperature characteristics of an antenna and correcting the propagation time, phase changes, or signal level changes of electromagnetic waves propagating through a substance to be measured on the basis of the temperature of the antenna when physical quantities are measured, stabilizing the temperature of the antenna to reduce effects of temperature changes of the antenna on measurement values, or measuring and correcting pressure variations from a substance to be measured to reduce effects of mechanical pressure variations to the antenna. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave densitometer capable of being attached even to a measuring pipe, having a caliber smaller than those of conventional types by miniaturizing the shape of a microwave transmission antenna and that of a microwave receiving antenna and made hard to deposit a suspended substance. SOLUTION: The microwave densitometer is constituted so as to calculate the concentration of a fluid to be measured from the change in the microwave propagation time. Each of a microwave transmission antenna 1a and a microwave receiving antenna 1b is equipped with a coaxial core conductor 11, the cylindrical insulating body 12 for covering the periphery of the coaxial core conductor 11 and the metal cylinder 14 for opening at part of the outer periphery opposed to the insulating body 12 and both of the microwave transmission antenna 1a and the microwave receiving antenna 1b have their respective coaxial core conductors 11 provided in a facing relation on the plane crossing or parallel to a pipe axis.
