    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a blower 13 from moving relative to a vehicle seat 10 in a radial direction of a rotation shaft 31 while damping vibrations of the blower 13.SOLUTION: In a blower 13, three pairs of coil springs 90a, 90b elastically support the blower 13 against a seat spring 51 of a vehicle seat 10. The structure damps vibrations generated by a fan 40. The coil springs 90a, 90b are arranged so that expansion/contraction directions of the coil springs 90a, 90b intersect with each other. Thus, an elastic force of the coil spring 90a acts on the one radial side of a rotation shaft 31, and an elastic force of the coil spring 90b acts on the other radial side. Therefore, the arrangement allows the coil springs 90a, 90b to inhibit the blower 13 from moving relative to a seat fixing plate 80 in a radial direction of the rotation shaft 31.
