摘要：本発明は、易剥離シール性、ガスバリア性、耐汚染性、耐熱性、耐ブロッキング性、および透明性に優れた薬剤容器と、それを作るための多層フィルムとを提供することを目的とする。この目的を達成するための薬剤容器は、例えば、第1層1が密度0.930〜0.950g/cm3の直鎖状エチレン・α−オレフィン共重合体からなり、第2層2および第4層4が、密度0.860〜0.920g/cm3の直鎖状エチレン・α−オレフィン共重合体と、密度0.930〜0.950g/cm3の直鎖状エチレン・α−オレフィン共重合体とを95:5〜40:60の重量割合で含有する混合物からなり、第3層3がポリ環状オレフィンからなり、かつ、第5層5がポリエチレンとポリプロピレンとの混合物からなる多層フィルムを用いて、第5層5が最内層となるように形成される。

摘要：本発明は、耐熱性、耐衝撃性、柔軟性、透明性、プラスチック形成材料についての耐溶出性といった、プラスチック製薬液容器に要求される特性を維持しつつ、酸素の透過に伴う薬液の劣化、細菌の増殖などを高度に抑制することができる薬液容器収容体と、その製造方法とを提供することを目的とする。本発明は、上記課題を解決するために、蒸気滅菌処理または熱水滅菌処理がされてから12時間以内における酸素透過度(25℃、60%RH)が200cm3/m2・24h・atm以上であり、定常状態における酸素透過度(25℃、60%RH)が100cm3/m2・24h・atm以下であるプラスチック製薬液容器に、薬液を収容、密封し、このプラスチック製薬液容器に蒸気滅菌処理または熱水滅菌処理をした上で、脱酸素剤ととともに、酸素バリア性を有する外装袋に収容、密封する。

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap, which can be pierced through even with a piercing tool whose end is not sharp and eliminate liquid leakage from a tap body when pierced through with the piercing tool or after the piercing tool it pulled out, and a manufacturing method for the cap, and a drug container using the cap. SOLUTION: The cap 10 is provided with an outer frame body 11, which is provided with an approximately cylindrical hollow part 12, and an approximately cylindrical elastic body 14 for sealing the hollow part 12. Pressure is applied to the elastic body 14 in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the cap 10 (the elastic body 14) by a wedge 21 pressed into a gap (a press-in section 18) between the inner peripheral surface 12a of the hollow part 12 and the outer peripheral surface 14c of the elastic body 14. The pressure allows a pore 15a to undergo compressive deformation for the purpose of forming a slit extended in the axial direction of the elastic body 14 and blocked by a thin part 16 at the side end of the top surface 14a of the elastic body 14.

摘要： It is an object of the present invention to provide a drug container excellent in unsealability, gas barrier property, contamination resistance, heat resistance, antiblocking property and transparency, and to provide a multilayer film for production of the drug container. To achieve the object, the drug container is formed, for example, of a multilayer film including a first layer (1) composed of a linear ethylene/±-olefin copolymer having a density of 0.930 to 0.950 g/cm 3 , a second layer (2) and a fourth layer (4) each composed of a mixture containing a linear ethylene/±-olefin copolymer having a density of 0.860 to 0.920 g/cm 3 and a linear ethylene/±-olefin copolymer having a density of 0. 930 to 0.950 g/cm 3 in a weight ratio of 95:5 to 40:60, a third layer (3) composed of a polycycloolefin, and a fifth layer (5) composed of a mixture containing a polyethylene and a polypropylene, the fifth layer 5 serving as an innermost layer.

Joints between the intermediate layer 20 and the other layers 18, 22 are disposed at places other than an inner peripheral surface 12a and an opening end 16a on the connecting side of the main body 12 of the mouth member. One joint 24b between the intermediate layer 20 and either the inner layer or the outer layer is provided on an outer peripheral surface 12b near the opening end on the connecting side, and the other joint 24a is provided on an opening end 14a on an inlet/outlet side or the like.
