摘要：本発明は、(a)末端にアルケニル基を有するイソブチレン系重合体100質量部を、(b)ポリオレフィン5〜100質量部および(c)ポリブテン5〜100質量部の存在下で、(d)ヒドロシリル基含有化合物により、溶融混練中に架橋してなる組成物(A成分)と、超高分子量ポリエチレンパウダー(B成分)とを含むことを特徴とする医薬・医療用ゴム配合物である。上記本発明によれば、従来の熱可塑性エラストマーに比べ、高温の条件下でも変形が生じず、充分な耐永久歪み性を有し、優れた機械的物性を有し、低吸水性、低反応性、優れたガスバリヤ性を有し、高温滅菌にも耐える医薬・医療用ゴム配合物および成形品を提供することができる。

摘要： A sanitary container has a hollow cavity for storing a product in cleanliness. A wall portion of the container has a laminated structure of an inner layer and an outer layer. The outer layer is made of a cyclic olefin polymer containing at least one pigment selected from the group consisting of C.I. Pigment Yellow 147, C.I. Pigment Yellow 180 and C.I. Pigment Yellow 181 and added therein. The inner layer is made of a cyclic olefin polymer free of the at least one pigment. The sanitary container is superb in pigment dispersion (ultraviolet ray blocking property), is free of troublesome contamination of its content with pigment particles, and is also excellent in impact resistance strength, gas barrier properties and interface bonding.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rubber goods for medical purpose which can hermetically seal a high permeability liquid and have low early sliding resistance, sliding resistance with the passage of time, and striking stopper resistance, and a high gas barrier nature. SOLUTION: The rubber goods for hermetically sealing the high permeability liquid contains 10-80 pts.wt. of a fluororesin fine powder of a mean particle size of 1-5 μm in relation to the 100 pts.wt. of a butyl rubber or an urethane rubber. The butyl rubber is preferably a butyl rubber halide. Further, they may contain 5-70 pts.wt. of an ultra high molecular weight polyethylene fine powder of a mean particle size of 10-30 μm in relation to the 100 pts.wt. of a rubber component. The high permeability liquid is a liquid of which the surface tension is 45 or less mN/m, preferably 35 or less mN/m. The rubber goods have a shore A hardness of 45-75 at 25°C, a steam transmission of below 1 g/m 2 day atm, and an early sliding resistance of less than 7.0 and a fluororesin film formed by the casting method may be laminated on the surface of them. 摘要：シリンジニードルキャップ10がプレフィルドシリンジ20のバレル21の先端部に被嵌され、注射針22の先端部がシリンジニードルキャップ10の内層部12の針先受部12Aに突き刺さる。そして、プレフィルドシリンジ20の先端部のヘッド部21Bの外周がシリンジニードルキャップ10の内層部12の接合部12Bに密着することで、注射針22を覆ったシリンジニードルキャップ10の内部空間が確実にシールされる。ここで、シリンジニードルキャップ10は、キャップ本体としての外層部11が透明樹脂からなり、内装材として内層部12が透明エラストマーからなるため、プレフィルドシリンジ20の注射針22は、先端部を含む全体が外部から視認可能となる。
