    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a divided laminated core capable of segmenting the divided laminated core and adjustable in lamination thickness.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a divided laminated core includes: a punching and laminating step in which plural rows A-D are virtually formed on a thin strip member 22 in a width direction, while changing forming positions of plural divided core pieces 14-17 formed by punching in order along a movement direction of the thin strip member 22 and while changing alternately the orientation of the neighboring divided core pieces 14-17 formed on the virtual rows A-D, each of the divided core pieces 14-17 are formed being punched by dies, and subsequently the punched divided core pieces 14-17 are laminated respectively in the dies to form divided laminated cores 18-21; a discharge step to discharge the divided laminated cores 18-21, which are punched in respective virtual rows A-D and laminated, from the dies; and a punched position identification step to identify the virtual rows A-D of the divided laminated cores 18-21 based on identification marks 44, 44a-44c marked on the divided laminated cores 18-21 for each of the virtual rows.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manufacturing device/method of a lead frame with heat sink with which the lead frame where unit leads are economically formed can be used and space in a manufacture line can be saved. SOLUTION: The manufacturing device 10 of the lead frame with heat sink is provided with a punching means 36 for punching the heat sink 20 which is formed in a longitudinal direction and has caulking projections 30 from a heat sink frame 21; and with a caulking means 38 in which the caulking projections 30 in the heat sink 20 are projected from through holes 26 of the respective unit leads 18 formed in the longitudinal direction of the lead frame 19, projected parts are crushed, and the heat sink 20 is fixed to the unit leads 18. The device is provided with first and second conveyance means 47 and 48 which convey the lead frame 19 and the heat sink frame 21 to the punching means 36 and the caulking means 38 in positions different in the vertical direction from a substantially same direction.
