      SOLUTION: This implement is provided by pivot-linking the upper part of a supporting member 68 at the tip end side of a first arm 65 installed at a rotary member 64 supported around a rotary axial core X in left and right direction as freely rotatable, with a machine frame, installing the gage wheel 70 at the lower part of the supporting member 68, making the height of the gage wheel 70 as adjustable by the rotation of the first arm 65 with the rotary member 64 as one unit by rotating a second arm 66 and the rotary member 64 as one unit by a height-adjusting member 73 installed over the second arm 66 installed at the rotary member 64 and the machine frame, and making the relative positions around the rotary axial core X of the first arm 65 to the second arm 66 as position changeable from a working position capable of adjusting the height of the gage wheel 70 at the working posture to a stand position capable of holding the implement 1 as its waiting posture by descending the gage wheel 70.
