SOLUTION: A dome-shaped elastic member is mounted on the bottom of a cosmetic material storage chamber, and the increase of the air pressure within the cosmetic material storage chamber caused by the downward pressing of a partition part is absorbed by the deformation of the dome-shaped elastic member to prevent the powder cosmetic material from being spilt. Further, a minute vent for feeding/discharging only air is formed on a side of the cosmetic storage chamber to more effectively prevent increase of the pressure within the cosmetic material storage chamber. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a stick-shaped cosmetic material from being fed upward by locking a body cylinder and a screw cylinder till a cartridge body is attached to a container body, and to allow the stick-shaped cosmetic material to be fed upward or downward by releasing the locking at the same time as the cartridge body is attached to the container body. SOLUTION: The body cylinder has an elastic part below a guide groove, and an engagement projection is formed in the upper part and a pressing projection is formed in the lower part on the surface of the elastic part. An engagement part to be engaged with the engagement projection of the body cylinder is formed below a helical groove in the screw cylinder, and a pressing part for pressing and deforming the pressing projection of the body cylinder inward is formed at the lower end of a sleeve. A locking projection on the outer surface of the body cylinder is locked with a locking part on the inner surface of the screw cylinder while the cartridge body is detached from the container body to prevent a holder cylinder from being screwed forward/backward. The locking of the locking projection on the outer surface of the body cylinder with the locking part on the inner surface of the screw cylinder is released when the cartridge body is attached to the container body.
