摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high brightness while an exit light-distribution is even with no variation in brightness. SOLUTION: An V-shaped groove 2 whose wall surface is mirror finished is provided on a rear surface side of a light guide plate 1 where the light from a light source 3 enters through a side end face, and the light reflected on the wall surface of the V-shaped groove 2 which has mirror finish is made to exit from a front surface side. The V-shaped groove 2 is so provided that intervals become denser as it comes away from the light source 3. A rising angle ϕof the wall surface of its light source 3 side allows the light, which totally reflects on the wall surface after totally reflected on the rear surface of the light guide plate 1, to exit almost vertically on the front surface side. 摘要：赤外線放射素子Aは、半導体基板1の厚み方向の一表面側に半導体基板1よりも熱伝導率が十分に小さな断熱層2が形成され、断熱層2よりも熱伝導率および導電率それぞれが大きな層状の発熱層3が断熱層2上に形成され、発熱層3上に通電用の一対のパッド4,4が形成されている。半導体基板1はシリコン基板により構成される。また、断熱層2および発熱層3は、互いに多孔度の異なる多孔質シリコン層により構成され、発熱層3は、断熱層2よりも多孔度の小さな多孔質シリコン層により構成される。このような赤外線放射素子Aをガスセンサにおける赤外放射源として用いることで赤外放射源の長寿命化を図れる。

SOLUTION: A light distribution control panel 2 is arranged on the side of a light source 1 surrounding the outer circumference of the light source 1. The light distribution control panel 2 formed into a plate shape or a sheet shape made of transparent material such as polymethylmethacrylate or polycarbonate or glass, and a light control means 3 by means of minute forms is provided on the face on the light source 1 side as the one face. This light control means 3 is provided with a second light control means by means of further minute forms. Concretely, minute prisms can be used for the light control means 3, and further minute prisms can be used for the second light control means 4. Further, the light distribution control panel 2 provided with the light control means 3 and the second light control means 4 can be obtained by molding or the like.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance light transmissivity while having a high light diffusing characteristic by arranging a recess/projection shape having a cross-sectional shape expressed by a curve in the plural directions on the surface of a light transmissive resin plate. SOLUTION: In a light diffusing plate 1, a cross-sectional recess/projection shape generated by arranging a fine recess/ projection 2 is expressed by a curve, and the recess/projection shape is also generated in plural directional cross sections. Thus since there is no direction having no refractive power (diffusion power), the light is surely diffused. Actually, when a cross section taking position is changed, the shape also continuously changes, so that recesses/ projections having a three-dimensional optional curved surface shape are juxtaposed on the light diffusing plate 1. Thus, diffusion can be realized in the optional direction by a single light diffusing plate 1. A recess/projection pitch and the depth of a cross-sectional curve shape may be optional, and may be formed periodically or disorderly, and may also be different or the same with respective directions.
