摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost and high-speed indoor-outdoor communication control device of a three-core type in a separate type air conditioner. SOLUTION: A DC power supply part obtained by half-wave rectification is provided in each of indoor and outdoor units, and a current-loop communication circuit using a PNP transistor and an NPN transistor which has high breakdown voltage and operates at a high speed as switching elements for transmission in each unit is formed. A bias circuit which drives each transmission switching element is formed by using a constant-voltage circuit part of about several tens of volts provided in the DC power supply part in each unit, and a photocoupler of a low-voltage type which turns the bias circuit ON/OFF is provided, and thereby high-speed switching of a current loop current is realized.

摘要： PURPOSE: An inverter air conditioner is provided to suppress harmonics with obtaining a high power factor by properly driving first and second switching elements, resulting in improved maximum ability and efficiency of an air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: A rectifier circuit(2) having two input terminals and two output terminals is connected to AC(Alternating Current) power supply(1) through a reactor(3) at one side of the input terminals, and converts an AC-power supply voltage into a DC(Direct Current) voltage. Condenser circuits(4,5) are formed of a plurality of condensers connected in the serial, and connected between two output terminals of the rectifier circuit. A converter includes a first switching element(7) connected between one input terminal of the rectifier circuit and one connection point between the condensers in the condenser circuits, and a second switching element(8) connected between the other input terminal of the rectifier circuit and the connection point in the condenser circuits. A power-source phase detection element(14) detects a phase of the AC power supply. A control element(9) controls the first and second switching elements based on a signal of the power-source phase detection element. An inverter(10) is formed of an inverter part converting a DC output voltage of the converter into an AD voltage, and a revolving-speed control element controlling an inverter part output frequency or inverter part output voltage by changing a conduction ratio to the inverter. A compressor(11) is driven by the inverter.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a small and robust electronic controller by mounting a noise removing part on a terminal block through effective utilization of space. SOLUTION: The terminal block has a conductor contact plate 3 for connecting and fixing inner and outer connecting wires 2 being encased in a resin case 1. Forward end of the plate 3 is projected to the outside of the resin case 1 to form a protrusion 3a which is then soldered to a terminal block connecting part 4 and connected electrically with a printed board 5. Noise removing parts, i.e., a capacitor 6 and a line filter 7, are soldered to the printed board 5. The terminal block is provided with a resin cover covering the printed board 5 and a plate for fixing the terminal block to the side face of an outdoor unit. A plurality of tab-like conductor plates 10 for connecting an electronic controller through a harness are provided at the upper part of the terminal block. 11 denotes a leaf sprint 6 combined with the conductor contact plate 3 and 12 denotes a stopper. According to the structure, size can be reduced while suppressing the effect of noise.
