摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fused and drawn false twisted yarn comprising modified polyester dyeable with a cationic dye, which is capable of developing an appropriate crispy feeling and a dry feeling, as well as flexibility and a high vivid color development property after being dyed, and a fabric obtained from which by combined weaving or interknitting it with other homopolyester fibers or a natural fiber has a cool feeling, and is capable of obtaining a woven or knitted fabric having a novel pattern expression.SOLUTION: A polyester fused and drawn false twisted yarn includes a polyester multifilament dyeable with a cationic dye. In the fused and drawn false twisted yarn, a non-untwisted part 1 twisted in the same direction as a twisting direction and an overly untwisted part 2 twisted in the opposite direction from the twisting direction exist alternately in a longitudinal direction of the yarn. An average length of the non-untwisted part is 3.0 mm to 8.0 mm, and the total fineness of the multifilament is 40 dtex to 85 dtex.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester drawn false twist yarn which hardly causes fuzzing and yarn breakage at spinning, drawing or false-twisting steps when producing the yarn, which hardly causes yarn stripes and hardly scratches/wears a weaving or knitting machine at a weaving or knitting step when a fabric is produced therefrom and which can exhibit excellent see-through prevention properties while keeping excellent operations when the fabric is produced from an original yarn thereof.SOLUTION: The polyester drawn false-twist yarn is a multifilament comprising polyethylene terephthalate containing 2.1-3.8 wt.% of an inorganic particle. Each of all single yarns of the multifilament has a cross-sectional shape having four convex parts. The monofilament accounting for 15-55% of all single yarns of the multifilament has another cross-sectional shape having three concave parts. The monofilament accounting for 50% or more of all single yarns of the multifilament has 3 or more pieces/mm twists each of which is twisted round the fiber axis thereof with 180° or higher twisted angle.

Accordingly, the yarn does not impair its flexibility as a characteristic of the polyamide multifilament 2 while suppressing slimy feeling of the polyamide multifilament 2 to impart dry feeling, is excellent in water absorptive property, and has good workability and operability during knitting and weaving processes.
