The hot water supply unit (27) is connected to the liquid pipe (30) and the high pressure gas pipe (28) to connect the heat source side unit (12) and the use side unit (16), and the hot water supply unit (27) is connected to the transmission line. As a result, the controller (36) recognizes the connection to the hot water supply unit (27), and controls the heat source side unit (12), the use side unit (16), and the hot water supply unit (27) according to the control program B.

SOLUTION: A cold storage utilization refrigeration cycle is formed by a cold storage utilization circulation circuit, and a gas bypass circuit 36 for bypassing a high dryness refrigerant for merging with a low dryness refrigerant in the cold storage utilization refrigeration circulation circuit at the inlet side of a heat storage heat exchanger. At the same time, a resistor 6 for controlling the degree of drying in a refrigerant flowing into the heat storage heat exchanger 7 is provided, and the resistor 6 is controlled based on the operation state of a plurality of indoor heat exchangers 12 in cold storage utilization cooling.

The method for starting and terminating the compressor operation is decided according to the operation time and the temperature of the motor so as to avoid a function lowering of the motor caused by demagnetization against a current upon a start and during an operation, thereby minimizing the affect of the air conditioning ability lowering to the pleasant state. Furthermore, an outdoor unit and other information terminal have a display function for displaying the control information.
