    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device of a puncture part capable of monitoring the detachment of a puncture needle or the separation from the puncture needle of a flexible tube so as to detect it in an early stage, and minimizing adverse influence by the detachment or separation of the puncture needle and to provide a blood purifier provided with the same. SOLUTION: The monitoring device of the puncture part includes: a first detection means 7 fixed to the flexible tube near a vein side puncture needle b and composed of an acceleration sensor capable of detecting the inclination of the fixed part and outputting output signals; a second detection means 8 fixed near the first detection means 7 and composed of an acceleration sensor capable of detecting the inclination of the fixed part and outputting output signals; and a monitoring means 9 inputting and monitoring the output signals from the first detection means 7 and the second detection means 8 with time and detecting that the inclinations detected in the first detection means 7 and the second detection means 8 respectively are relatively changed.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purifying apparatus which suppresses a false alarm and accurately detects abnormal situations such as an incorrect removal of a needle during a blood purifying treatment. SOLUTION: The blood purifying apparatus includes a blood circuit 1 formed of an arterial-side blood circuit 1a and a venous-side blood circuit 1b where an arterial side puncture needle (a) and a venous-side puncture needle (b) are attached, a blood pump 3, a dialyzer 2, and a venous pressure sensor 5 capable of detecting a venous pressure of the circuit 1b over time. The blood purifying apparatus includes a blood removal pressure sensor 15 capable of detecting a blood removal pressure of the blood flowing between an end of the circuit 1a and the blood pump 3 over time and alarm value updating means 16 which sequentially updates an alarm value of the other pressure based on the amount of change per a prescribed time of one pressure by comparing the amount of change per a prescribed time in a time-dependent change of the pressure which is detected by the venous pressure sensor 5 to the amount of change per a prescribed time in a time-dependent change of the pressure which is detected by the blood removal pressure sensor 15.     • [Object] To provide a peristaltic pump in which blockage of a liquid flow route can be detected without connecting a new separate member to the liquid flow route. [Solution] A peristaltic pump includes a mounting concave section 8a on which a peristaltically-actuated tube 1a connected to an arterial blood circuit 1 is mountable; a roller 10 which compresses the peristaltically-actuated tube 1a mounted on the mounting concave section 8a in a radial direction and causes the peristaltically-actuated tube 1a to be peristaltically actuated in a longitudinal direction such that a liquid therein is flowable in the arterial blood circuit 1; a load sensor 18 that is able to detect displacement of the peristaltically-actuated tube 1a mounted on the mounting concave section 8a in the radial direction; and blockage detecting means 19 that is able to detect a blockage of the arterial blood circuit 1 based on the displacement detected by the load sensor 18.
