An orthographic projection of the ring-shaped side portion on the bottom portion is within the area of the bottom portion, and an orthographic projection of the ring-shaped side portion on the upper portion is within the area of the upper portion. The cable assembly is taken up along the ring-shaped side portion to the body. The flexible cover member is placed on the ring-shaped side portion of the body so as to wrap the ring-shaped side portion. The flexible cover member opens/closes relative to the body so as to expose/cover the cable assembly taken up around the ring-shaped side portion.
