SOLUTION: This refrigeration unit comprises a vapor generator 1 for heating and evaporating a liquid-phase refrigerant, the vapor-driven ejector 4 for sucking the vapor-phase refrigerant of the evaporator 2 while using the vapor-phase refrigerant generated from the vapor generator 1 as the driving fluid, the condenser 3 for cooling and condensing the vapor-phase refrigerant jetted from the vapor-driven ejector, a boost pump 5 for boosting and discharging a part of the liquid-phase refrigerant of the condenser 3, and a liquid-driven ejector 6 for sucking the vapor-phase refrigerant jetted from the vapor-driven ejector 4 and boosting and jetting the sucked vapor-phase refrigerant while applying the high pressure liquid-phase refrigerant discharged from the boost pump 5 as the driving fluid, and the refrigerant in a gas-liquid mixed state jetted from the liquid-driven ejector 6 is supplied to the condenser 3. 摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent the solidification of CO2 in the production of liquefied carbon dioxide by using an intermediate refrigerant comprising at least a specified amount of CH2 FCF3 and at least one fluorocarbon refrigerant containing neither chloride nor bromine in the molecule. CONSTITUTION: The liquefaction of CO2 is conducted by using an intermediate refrigerant comprising 75±2wt.%CH2 FCF3 and 25±2wt.% fluorocarbon refrigerant containing neither chlorine nor bromine in the molecule (e.g. CHF3 or CH2 F2 ). The vapor-phase intermediate refrigerant is cooled by the chillness of LNG in a heat exchanger 2, and the refrigerant liquefied in a CO2 condenser 3 cools and liquefies CO2 . The refrigerant vaporized in the CO2 condenser 3 is liquefied again in the exchanger 2, and the refrigerant sucked downward is vaporized in a distillation apparatus 5 and returned into the LNG/intermediate refrigerant cooler 1. The feedstock CO2 is passed through a drier 7 and an adsorption apparatus 8, precooled in a precooler 9, sent from the apparatus 5 to the condenser 3, and liquefied. The liquefied CO2 is highly purified in the apparatus 8 and sent to a liquefied carbon dioxide storage tank 11. The pressure loss in the heating tube 5 in which the feedstock CO2 is liquefied is detected, and the flow rate of the LNG is regulated according to the detected value to control the pressure of the refrigerant.
