    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage warehouse under a ground capable of reducing ground vibrations with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A warehouse body 14 for storing gunpowder and the like, which is a main part of a storage warehouse 11, is provided on an excavation bottom surface 17 formed by excavating a ground 16. A surface above the excavation bottom surface 17, which is an outer surface of the warehouse body 14, is covered with a first soil stratum 21, and its outer surface is covered with a sheet body 13. A rubber impermeable sheet is used as the sheet body 13, and its entire outer surface is covered with a second soil stratum 27 whose top surface is aligned with the ground 16. The sheet body 13 has an impermeable property, and therefore, rain water and the like permeated from the outer surface through the second soil stratum do not permeate the first soil stratum 21. Thus, a moisture content of the first soil stratum 21 is always constant, and therefore there is no possibility of varying a propagating force of an explosion soil pressure, which is transmitted through the first soil stratum 21 and causes ground vibrations.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact absorber capable of reducing an impact load on a connection member such as a wire rope and having a greater amount of absorption energy. SOLUTION: When a tensile force F acts on a connection member 14b in a situation of (1), an end 31 of a resistor 12 compresses an elastic body 11 to generate reaction, as the resistor 12 moves in the direction of the tensile force F through the connection member 14b. Then, when the tensile force F reaches a prescribed value or higher, the end 31 of the resistor 12 is buried in a through-hole 21 of the elastic body 11 as shown in (2). In this case, a reaction corresponding to the tensile force F is generated by a friction force between the end 31 of the resistor 12 and the through-hole 21 of the elastic body 11. This reaction becomes less than that generated by the compression of the elastic body 11 in the axial direction by the end 31 of the resistor 12.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact absorber reducing the load of the impact on a connecting member like a wire rope, and absorbing a larger amount of energy. SOLUTION: When a tensile force F is applied to the connecting member 14b in the state as shown in (1), a resisting body 12 moves in the direction of the tensile force F via the connecting member 14b. Consequently, an elastic body 11 is compressed by an end part 31 of the resisting body 12 and a reaction force is generated. Then, when the tensile force F exceeds a predetermined value, the end part 31 of the resisting body 12 is buried in a through-hole 21 of the elastic body 11 as shown in (2). In this occasion, the reaction force corresponding to the tensile force F is generated by the frictional force between the end part 31 of the resisting body 12 and the through-hole 21 of the elastic body 11, and is lowered below the reaction force generated by the axial directional compression of the elastic body 11 by the end part 31 of the resisting body 12. In this state, the resisting body 12 can be moved further in the direction of the tensile force F, and the amount of the energy absorption by the shock absorber 10a is increased.
