摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar controlling body which reduces the cost for electricity to change the body into opaque/transparent in a desired period of a resident in a room and which blocks a highly solar directive component and transmits light as diffused light. SOLUTION: The solar controlling body has a first light transmitting layer made of a first transparent plate member 11 and a second light transmitting layer made of a second transparent plate member 12 disposed opposing to the first transparent plate member 11; and between these layers, the controlling body has a light shielding and diffusing layer made of a material (opaque/transparent variable material) 22 the transmittance of which changes depending on temperature; a third light transmitting layer in contact with the light shielding and diffusing layer and made of a third transparent plate member 13; and a solar absorptivity controlling layer which is in contact with the third light transmitting layer 13 and the transmittance of which is changed by varying an voltage application state to absorb solar heat.
