摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating device capable of preventing diffusion of discharged air, efficiently discharging the air with comparatively small air volume, hardly disturbing cooking work, and reducing operation noise. SOLUTION: This ventilating device 10 comprises an air discharge passage 14 communicated with a suction opening 12 formed on a vertical wall surface W at a rear part of an electromagnetic cooker 11 installed in a kitchen K in a building H and having an air outlet 13 on an external wall surface AW of the building H, and an air discharge device 15 mounted on the external wall surface AW positioned outdoors in a state of being communicated with the air discharge opening 13. Further this ventilating device is provided with a rectangular parallelepiped duct 17 having a main suction opening 16 communicated with the suction opening, and formed on a position facing the electromagnetic cooker 11, a spindle portion 18 derrickably supporting the duct 17, and a recessed portion 19 formed on the vertical wall surface W for storing the whole duct 17 in a standing state.
